SERVICES WE PROVIDE
We offer the following services
POLY BAGGING
​
Packaging products into poly bags is one of our specialties. We bag parts both by hand and by automatic machine. We use a large variety of bags, both large and small and can label the bags per your specifications. Some of the products we pack are hardware, sporting accessories, cleaning supplies and seasonal gifts.
KITTING
​
Everyday we package kits. These kits are as simple as 2 pieces in a bag, and as complex as over 50 parts individually bagged and labeled into a master kit. We package kits on automated machines and also by hand.
BLISTER PACKING
Blister packaging is a widely used packing form. We utilize multiple semi-automatic machines to package your product.
SHRINK WRAPPING
​
Shrink wrapping uses a plastic film that shrinks tightly over the product when heat is applied. This helps to protect and waterproof your product. We use an automatic shrink wrap machine that can shrink a variety of products, both big and small.
CLAMSHELL PACKAGING
​
Clamshells are popular packaging for everything from fishing lures to thumb tacks. They are great for merchandise that can be seen by the consumer. We pack these both by hand and by machine.
RETAIL PACKAGING
​
A lot of product that we package goes directly onto the store shelf for retail sales. We can attach a header card, hanging tag, price sticker or any other item you need on your product.
HAND ASSEMBLY
​
We assemble and manufacture a variety of products including gauges used in the energy industry, jewelry, wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies for home appliances to name a few.

LABELING
We can hot stamp a label on a bagged item or apply a printed label on your product.
​
INSPECTION
Quality inspection is very important and we can make sure your product is inspected before it goes to your customer.
REWORK
​
If you need to rework one of your projects, we can help with whatever it may entail.
CUTTING
There are a variety of products that we can cut to size for you, including rubber tubing, hard tubing, rope and plastic rails.
